Refund, Return, and Replacement Policy – Wood Trendz

At Wood Trendz, we are committed to delivering high-quality solid wood furniture. Below are the details of our refund, return, and replacement policies:


Natural Variations

As our products are made from natural solid wood, each piece has unique patterns, shades, and textures. Variations such as knots, grains, and natural markings are characteristic features of solid wood and not defects.

If you are not satisfied with your product or it requires replacement due to valid reasons, we are here to help.


Process for Returns/Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • The product has manufacturing defects.
  • The product was received in a damaged condition.
  • The product differs significantly in size, color, or shape from what was ordered.

Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

  1. Email us at info@woodtrendz.in with the following details:

    • Order number.
    • Product name.
    • Reason for return or exchange, along with photos and a video of the unpacking (showing the condition of the product upon receipt).
  2. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will process the return at no additional cost.

  3. If the return is due to personal preference, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.


Replacement Policy

If the product cannot be refunded due to specific circumstances, we offer replacement options:

  • Replacements are provided for products with manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
  • Replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return Criteria

  • The return or replacement request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and undamaged (for non-defective returns).
  • Discounted items or products purchased during promotions are non-refundable but may be eligible for replacement.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 4 working days after approval.
  • Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer for non-defective returns.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3–7 days to reflect in your account.

For Cancellations:

  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
