1. Scope of Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS") apply to all sales of goods by WOODTRENDZ, notwithstanding any conflicting, contrary, or additional terms in any purchase order or communication from you. No conflicting or additional terms shall be accepted unless WOODTRENDZ explicitly confirms acceptance in writing. WOODTRENDZ reserves the right to change these GTCS at any time, with thirty (30) calendar days' notice provided on the official WOODTRENDZ website.
2. Orders, Purchase Orders & Order Conditions
2.1 Offers
All offers made by WOODTRENDZ are valid for acceptance within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated, and are subject to product availability.
2.2 Order Confirmation
No purchase order is binding unless confirmed in writing by WOODTRENDZ.
2.3 Placing Orders
Customers can place orders through our website or other designated platforms.
2.4 Pricing
Product prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
2.5 Payment
We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Cash on Delivery. Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
3. Prices and Terms of Payment
Prices are as stated in the order confirmation issued by WOODTRENDZ and are exclusive of taxes and charges, including but not limited to sales, excise, and value-added taxes. Payment must be made in full according to the terms agreed upon without offsets or deductions.
4. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to ship products within the agreed timeframe.
4.2 Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary. WOODTRENDZ is not responsible for delays outside its control.
4.3 Inspection
Upon receipt, inspect the products and notify us of any defects or damages within seven (7) days.
5. Terms of Delivery and Late Delivery
5.1 Delivery Terms
Unless stated otherwise, all deliveries adhere to Incoterms FCA ("Free Carrier") to your provided address. WOODTRENDZ does not deliver to third-party locations unless agreed in writing.
5.2 Delays by WOODTRENDZ
In case of delivery delays, WOODTRENDZ will notify you promptly with reasons and an estimated delivery date. Delays caused by force majeure or your actions will result in reasonable delivery extensions. Cancellation due to delays caused by WOODTRENDZ is only permissible if delays exceed three (3) months.
5.3 Delays by You
If you cannot receive the goods as scheduled, notify WOODTRENDZ promptly. If the goods are not collected within fifteen (15) days, WOODTRENDZ reserves the right to cancel the contract and claim compensation for losses incurred.
5.4 Partial Deliveries
WOODTRENDZ reserves the right to deliver orders in installments.
6. Acceptance of Goods
Inspect goods upon delivery. Failure to provide written notice of rejection, with reasons and photographic evidence, within seven (7) hours constitutes acceptance.
7. Warranty
WOODTRENDZ warrants that goods will conform to specifications and be free from material defects for twenty-four (24) months from delivery under normal use. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, accidents, or abuse by parties other than WOODTRENDZ.
7.1 Remedies
For non-conforming goods, WOODTRENDZ’s liability is limited to:
Goods must be returned with proof of purchase within fourteen (14) days of discovery of the issue.
7.2 Disclaimer
No other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided.
8. Limitation of Liability
WOODTRENDZ is only liable for property damage caused by its products where fault or negligence is proven. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pune.
10. Amendments
WOODTRENDZ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website.
